Welcome to Pushing Stars (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Pushing Stars is an online crowdfunding platform that enables creators to launch fundraising campaigns and receive donations directly through third-party payment providers.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Only users who are able to open and connect a Stripe account in their own name are eligible to create a campaign.
2. Nature of the Platform
Pushing Stars is a crowdfunding platform only. We do not collect, store, hold, or manage funds.
All payments are processed directly between donors and campaign creators through Stripe, a third-party payment provider.
3. Campaign Creation
Campaigns are published automatically once the creator completes the campaign form and required setup steps.
Pushing Stars does not manually review, approve, or edit campaigns prior to publication.
4. Fees
Pushing Stars charges a 3% platform fee, excluding Stripe processing fees. The platform fee is clearly displayed before the campaign is published.
By publishing a campaign, the creator agrees to the displayed fees. We reserve the right to change fees in the future. Any changes will apply only to future campaigns.
5. Payments and Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and policies. Pushing Stars is not responsible for:
- payment failures
- chargebacks
- delays in fund transfers
- Stripe account limitations or suspensions
6. No Financial Responsibility
Pushing Stars is not financially responsible for:
- the success or failure of any campaign
- the use of funds by campaign creators
- disputes between donors and creators
7. Platform Intervention
Pushing Stars is not obligated to monitor, manage, or intervene in campaigns.
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Content Responsibility
Campaign creators are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their campaigns.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pushing Stars shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
